Our Work
Real programs helping families prepare children for kindergarten success
Kindergarten Transition Program
We worked with 28 families over 8 weeks to build foundational skills before kindergarten entry. Parents learned to recognize developmental milestones, and kids practiced classroom routines, letter recognition, and following multi-step directions.
Peer Interaction Workshop Series
Designed a 6-session workshop teaching conflict resolution and cooperative play. Covered sharing strategies, emotional vocabulary, and how to navigate group activities—skills that make kindergarten transition smoother for shy or reserved kids.
Developmental Milestones for Multigenerational Families
Created targeted workshops for grandparents and older parents (40-65) covering developmental expectations, modern parenting approaches, and how to support kindergarten readiness. 35 adults completed the program with strong confidence gains.
At-Home Activity Library
Built a practical collection of 40+ developmentally-sequenced activities parents can use at home. Each activity targets specific skills: fine motor control, letter sounds, counting, emotional regulation—all designed for children ages 3-5 preparing for kindergarten.
